I took a part to an animationfestival in Middle-France, in a town called Bourboulle. I flew to Paris first (forgive me o´ dear nature, I´ll never fly again, unless I HAVE TO) . There I met Swami who had had his own paths.
I just love the elegant beauty of Paris. We also met very much nice people on our trip. You just have to speak a little bit France and be polite, everything will be fine.
A View from our first couchsurfing-host's window. We got a room from one French-Korean family, who were grazy in a nice way. They allways treated us with noodles, which we cooked in their tiny kitchen. Thank you Jeff and the family...
Ok, This is La Bourboule, a town in Middle France, where they held an filmfestival for children. It was called Plain la Bobine. This is the view from our hotel's window. When we arrived, it feld like arriving to a dream place. The town is situated high in the mountains. There was a scent of pinetrees everywhere and it was so beautiful in this old, belle epoque-styled town.
The bear and mr sandman from our animation Frozen visitor, which I was representing there. They seemed to like it there. All the children where so enthustiastic meeting these guys.
Party in the roof of old casino, which served as a festival centre.
Sami and Mrs and Mr Tender from Estonia, we enjoyed their company very much.
We hitch-hiked in the mountains to Hauterivers to see the temple of one special postman called Ferdinad Cheval. Hitch-hiking was easy allthough we spoke lousy French to locals(who usually didn't speak English at all). One nice lady even took us to her place to sleep and we spent a very nice evening there, chating with her and her huspand
Here we are in Palais Ideal, in Haute Rivers. That's me, happy as a bird doing some flamenco moves to suit the fantastic surroundings...It was truly magical there. I feld like being face to face to Mr Cheval's spirit.
